TYPES OF VALUATIONS

We offer various different types of private valuations. Please see further details and key requirements below.

PRIVATE VALUATION

  • We can carry out a private valuation for anyone on their current property or a property they are purchasing
  • The report cannot be used for Lending, Legal or Housing purposes as it is a completely different criteria
  • Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released

MATRIMONIAL VALUATION

  • We will require a joint letter of instruction from one solicitor confirming that both parties are legally represented addressed to Connells Survey & Valuation
  • We will then check availability to carry this out and confirm back to the solicitors directly
  • The fee for the cases will be split equally between both parties
  • Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released

INHERITANCE TAX & PROBATE VALUATION

  • We will require the name of the deceased and the date of death
  • We will then check availability to carry this out and confirm back to the customer
  • Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released

HOUSING ASSOCIATION VALUATION

  • We are able to carry out valuations for Housing purposes if we have an agreement in place with the specific Housing Association
  • Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released
  • An individual can also request a valuation for Housing purposes, again if we have the agreement in place with the relevant Housing Association
