TYPES OF VALUATIONS

We offer various different types of private valuations. Please see further details and key requirements below.

PRIVATE VALUATION

We can carry out a private valuation for anyone on their current property or a property they are purchasing
The report cannot be used for Lending, Legal or Housing purposes as it is a completely different criteria
Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released

MATRIMONIAL VALUATION

We will require a joint letter of instruction from one solicitor confirming that both parties are legally represented addressed to Connells Survey & Valuation
We will then check availability to carry this out and confirm back to the solicitors directly
The fee for the cases will be split equally between both parties
Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released

INHERITANCE TAX & PROBATE VALUATION

We will require the name of the deceased and the date of death
We will then check availability to carry this out and confirm back to the customer
Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released

HOUSING ASSOCIATION VALUATION

We are able to carry out valuations for Housing purposes if we have an agreement in place with the specific Housing Association
Terms and conditions will be issued and need to be returned before the final report can be released
An individual can also request a valuation for Housing purposes, again if we have the agreement in place with the relevant Housing Association
